   When it comes to your health, your lifestyle choices are much more dominant than your genes.
It's always a good time to adopt new habits to improve your well being . here are healthy lifestyle changes that could have the most significant impact on your health, along with a few tips for making them successful :
                                                   
                                                    


1 MOVE MORE: How often you're physically active is just important . Because If you eat healthy you become more healthy and physically active is just as much as you exercise. so to make yourself healthy and physically active do morning walk as much as you can . It helps you to feel fresh and healthy even doctor suggest for morning walk its also help to improve your mental health. use fitness band to count out your steps , prove very helpful to count out how much you walk whole day. Take stairs instead of the  escalator . use the jungle gym for pulls ups, dips, lungs and push ups etc. 

                                                     


2 MANAGE YOUR STRESS: In today era , we all are facing the problem of stress, now a days big stress is of covid-19 which we all are facing. while we are working or not we are under stress . which is very harmful for our mental health like canadian workers report finding even a regular day ''quite a bit"or extremely stressful, stress increase in castrol level. some students or we say that more of us under the stress of our studies .which is big issue now days like pressure from schools , colleges force one to take stress. Mostly college student facing or under the stress of attendance. 
                                                                   
                                                                            
 HOW TO COPE WITH STRESS:    
Getting 7-9 hours of sleep per night keeping active and eating nourishing diet take time to relax and do not use more gadgets , take rest spend time with family and friends listen music manage your time effectively. 
. Make sleep as priority: make time to sleep if you have to set the bed time alarm on your phone. avoid soft drinks and alcohol etc. use a natural pills , avoid any type pills if you take try to sleep natural. Relax yourself if you have trouble falling asleep , have restless sleeps, or are losing sleep due to stress , shift work make sleep a priority . 

REDUCE YOUR ALCOHOL INTAKE:
                                                                   
Moderate Alcohol consumption is considered safe for some people because doctor suggest them. there are many health risk but people still consume it, even on the bottle all health issues are discussed but we become blind and consume . 
1 Drink per day for women 
2 Drink per day for men 
 How to intake :
 1 Setting a drink limit yourself 
  2 Do not go for parties at night avoid clubs 
  3 Matching every alcoholic drink with a non- alcoholic drink 
   4 Not drinking for health benefits 
   5 Read the factors which are written on bottle before consuming it. 
so, in this way you can live healthy lifestyle.

MY LIFESTYLE

        Every human being has a story some sad , some inspiring , some happy and some mere feels.                But one thing  is common in all each one is special on its own way

I am going to share about my lifestyle with you guys . hope you like it ๐Ÿ˜
 I was born in Gurdaspur . The hardship of life hit me very soon but my childhood has taught me to take life as it comes. I am extrovert kind of person .when i started mix up with someone then i am open with that guy. and i love company of talkative person because i love to talk . And i am careless kind of person don't take any stress or burden on me even of studies i don't take any burden like now i am doing b.com( hons ) last year student . I never go behind the marks my motive is only to take knowledge .I love to go outing with friends I love to travel alone at night i believe in simple living do not believe in showoff. I love to do shopping I usually shop from shoppers stop , lifestyle, woodland, sport king . I don't prefer online shopping . I love to collect perfumes and beauty products. I like color bar and lakme  products .
                                       
                                            
I also love to participate in annual functions at school time I usually take participation in Gidha and  moreover in plays also. once I  done the role of mental girl also and i get awarded for that performance. but during my graduation i don't take any participation due to many reasons big issue is of attendance .
  Many up and downs come in my life but i handle myself . i come in anger easily my big weakness . many a times i took wrong decisions due to my this problem. to overcome this problem i started reading books about how to overcome the anger .
                                                                                  
 If you are facing the same problem then i suggest to you to go through this book really helpful.

I am very emotional kind of person. i can't hide my emotions in front of others emotional intelligence is ability to understand, interpret one's own emotions and as well as other's responding appropriately . sometimes i and we all in the busy schedule of attending classes, not only fail to understand other's emotions . But forget to take care of  their of own mental health and emotions. I love to communicating it plays an important role in developing and maintaining good relationships has a very positive effect on all. The ability to express personal concerns without anger or passivity is a key asset. I never take  stress during exams  sometimes it happens stress is not always bad stress is just emotional strain and body's response to demanding circumstance . sometimes i go through eustress or distress .
I love to watched funny shows like Tarak mehta ka ultha chashma , molang one of my fav now'days.
i also love to watched series i like girls hostel, money heist, and 13 reasons why . i love to watch movies . free time or even when i do some written work i usually listen songs. i love to eat junk food but now' i overcome also from this habit my friends play important role i that mokuu, tillu, shinuu lol ๐Ÿ˜‚. they always stop me while i said i want to eat this today at lunch time . sometime they bring lunch box for me also and force me to bring also . so in this way i overcome from this problem.
ok at last i want to say that i believe in simple living and by following simple lifestyle.

Best And Healthy lifestyle for youngsters

As ,we know everybody wants to live best lifestyle today .some people believes in simple and smooth living do'not believe in showoff and some prefer complex fancy and hard living style focus on status in the society. And many of us facing many problems in maintained our lifestyle good and healthy , unhealthy lifestyle like exercise less , eat junk food , sleep less, smoke drink etc. leads to unhealthy lifestyle and most of the youngsters moves to this kind of lifestyle .while following unhealthy lifestyle life get unbalanced. so for good and best lifestyle I want to share some tips with you that how you can follow best lifestyle .
As, most of us facing the problem that we start consuming or addicted to junk food and can't control
and we get unhealthy and our immune system get weak. specially youngsters are having more habit of eating junk food . so , i am discussing some tips with you how you can you avoid junk food and be healthy.   

                                

TIPS FOR AVOIDING JUNK FOOD:
1 Understand your thoughts : Nothing more important than understanding your own thought process. you are the best judge of yourself . nobody than yourself understood your cravings like what you like and what you don't like.if you like sugared things then in your fridge keep some fruits instead of chocolates, toffees, etc. and some juices instead of soft drinks which help you to avoid unhealthy food.

2 Make a game plan to hate junk : Like if you visit daily at the place where you see junk food around you like we go to college , schools around us many tuck shops and canteens which force and move towards them . sometimes we can't control . but to avoid keep your eye away from these things. don't go out near the canteen at lunch time. The best way to avoid is that bring you lunch box with yourself and eat that instead from outside. Its very helpful for us to avoid believe me, I  control myself from junk food by doing so. 

                                          
3 Chew More Eat less: Did you know that if you take time in eating, you are likely to eat less, even if it is junk food that you are holding. Its true according to science the time you spend chewing the food is going total number of minutes you eat. As research 20 min from the time you begin eating your stomach gives a signal of fullness๐Ÿ˜.

Some Tips for kind to yourself:

                                                                        we all know, that in our lives difficulties up and down comes and goes never take stress.you know, both know that life become overwhelming. The very first thing is be specific about your decision never take ant decision in the stress even what you want to do, or love to do go for that sometimes we see that we get pressure from our parents also that go for this , don't do this or that . I am going to share my own example with you  , my parents force me to opt medical but i don't like so i take my decision that I want to opt commerce I suggest you always listen to your heart if you want to be happy in your life . and be specific about your decisions .

                                                         

.Give me Time : Give time to yourself talk to yourself enjoy your own company never depend your happiness to other person travel alone if you like to do so. in this way you get more happy. 
Treat yourself , and always believe in yourself . If you start believing in yourself the decisions you take you can do anything in your life. Nothing is impossible once you start believing in yourself nobody can stop you for doing anything. Always be positive surround yourself with good person or the person you like the company of the person you like and having positive vibes from him. sometimes listen music,because music is the universal language you feel good after you listen music. 
Look in mirror compliment yourself, believe in yourself, never judge by anyone only listen to your brain and heart love whatever you want to do and enjoy your life.



COLLEGE STRESS:


       The big problem the students are facing is college stress.don't take your study as any burden or stress yourself . Do all things with planning and study with stress free . some tips I am discussing with you first thing is go with planning , first of all plan your all activities what you like to do whole day during the college .How much time you spend on things which activities you like to do spending time with friends etc. Take study as fun don't be so bored enjoy your study time, come with new short cuts  keywords which helps you not to get bored have fun study and the main thing is sleep. sleep at time rest up your brain taking good sleep .Good sleep makes you more healthy and sharp . early to bed early to rise.

If you do maintain a healthy lifestyle there are many benefits , and need only for your body. some are maintaining a healthy weight, assisting a healthy immune system. Having a healthy lifestyle is crucial for giving your body everything that it needs.
